What is your shipping policy?

We do not require a signature on delivery, and suggest sending the package to a location where someone will be available to accept the delivery, or to a building with an indoor mail room.
We are not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer or for orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We send all orders with tracking numbers, so you will be able to track the progress of your order.

Are your Bliss Balls 100% raw?

We don't use any type of heat when we produce our Bliss Balls. All the nuts and seeds we use in our Bliss Balls are raw. We also use different types of sun dried fruit, like dates, cherries and raisins. 

Are your Bliss Balls gluten free and vegan? 

Yes, all our Bliss Balls are 100% gluten free and 100% vegan! 

Do you use sugar in any of your Bliss Balls?

Good News! As dried fruit contains sugar naturally, there's no need to add any additional sweeteners like sugar, honey or agave nectar.
